The wine opens with ripe orchard fruitspear, golden apple, a touch of lemon curdand layers in toasted hazelnut, warm spice, and a fine, stony minerality underneath. Its plush without being heavy, polished without losing energy, and finishes long and silky with just enough tension to keep it fresh.
