Domaine du Bagnol Cassis Rose, Provence, France 2023 La Viarte You can taste the bottle

You can taste the bottle age in this four-year-old wine

Classic Pomerol character of black olives

Crunchy black fruit with a subtle balance between fruit and roundness

Very pale yellow

But what I like most about this release is a sense of energy that provides striking cut to play off the natural richness of Ambonnay

Domaine du Bagnol Cassis Rose, Provence, France 2023 La Viarte You can taste the bottleHere is a very beautiful ros of pleasure expressing fine citrus notes while keeping the specificity of the appellation by its saline accents at the end of the mouth. Its balance plays on the freshness, the greediness of the fruit, its elegant minerality and its smoothness on the finish. An association of flavors and touch giving it a real style and the search for a signature of the land.
